Not having a blue or pink nursery with cute animals all around may sounds weird for some people. But I like decorations that make me think outside the box. That’s why I’m showing you this Black and White Nursery.

It’s better not to exaggerate with the dark objects, since this is a room for an adorable and sweet baby. In spite of the lacking of soft and tender colors, we can always find cute and charming elements to assure the magical feeling when entering to the baby’s room. That is why I selected this soft baby zebra and this adorable puppy lamp. In addition, having a wall with a cute craft frame (available only in Miami) full of lovely baby pictures will create a pleasant atmosphere.

Most of the baby stores sale cribs that meet the up-to-day-safety-requirements, beside that; you will need to find the color and design of your choice. I love modern and minimalist furnitures, so I chose this Delta Convertible 4 in 1 Crib. Designed to grow with your baby, it converts into a toddler bed, daybed and full size bed, making it the only bed your child will ever need. You can also look for cribs with changing table attached, but in this case I selected a separated one; the South Shore Little Jewel Changing Table.

A side table is a great idea. Having the baby bottle, bib, or burp cloth handy will make your life a lot easier. This is a beautiful craft table (available only in Miami) that will add a fine touch to the room.

Finally, I often suggest adding a carpet/rug to complete the nursery look. The Nantucket Rug will provide a chic instant makeover to the baby’s room. It’s the perfect finishing touch. It does not matter that it says “outdoor”, the material is okay for inside the house as well.

I advise you to paint all walls in white so the black patterns playfully pop.

Finally, it would be a good idea to add a charming touch to one of the white walls. This cute triangle stickers that I found on Etsy, will definitely make the difference. How adorable it looks?
